yes unfort once IP is owned and with deal i hand and cash in bank ESI is a realistic takeover candidate - but that assumes shareholders accept - can't see any one accepting a theoretical takeover below 20c post SPP
and even then it would be undervalued and hard to get through
i am currently checking under every cushon to get as many a/cs for SPP as i can
happy days are on the way
