I look at it the other way. They survived in this current market place, better than some other companies that had more than three full time staff.
When you say under subscribed, at what level is that? if they have enough to fund IP (done) and maybe 1.5 Mill more is that an issue in your view Mc12? $1K - $3K x 750 holders, not that many and there will be a few with $5K, say 100 of them, and there will be others that want to tip in more than $5K. Anyway I think that the SPP will / has raised enough for the company to increase the full time work force by at least 100%. I hope that the SPP isnt over done, less dillution.
VC arrangment is the first, there will be others.
Anyway time will tell and with spp / ipp / vc / jv? increase interest, it may be a good journey.
