I dont think you realise how big of a DEAL this deal is for ESI.

The Vietnamese company will pump $6B into this project on a gradual basis so they can meet their contractual obligations with the Chinese power stations. They have the capacity to meet this demand otherwise ESI would not have agreed to the deal.

So lets assume this is the only deal ESI ever signs.If ESI owns 10% of the SPV how much will ESI be worth (in theory) over time - assuming all falls into place?

10% of $6B = $600m MC

The MC is presently $5M or $8m post SPP.

Given that ESI will be free carried for their 10%, dont you think this is a bargain if not the bargain of the century?

If ESI can seal a deal of this magnitude in this current economic crisis, imagine the deals they will secure in months or years to come.

ESI has proven that they can match the big boys when it comes to closing deals...they have proven it.

Finally, ESI does no longer need to raise millions in order to survive or to grow. Their main expenses will be salaries and overheads. I think $1m should be adequate to see them through the next 12 months. Im sure ESI will raise that amount with no problem...and should they fail to raise anything they can still access the Fortrend drawdown facility which has over $10 left in the kitty.
