Quasi-equity instruments? I hope they don't mean convertible notes. If they need convertible notes to get this over the line, then I'm out. There are usually too many risks in the fine print for these contracts, generally using your main asset as collateral.
As a share holder, I'd be happy to contribute double what I have in this in a CR, if it meant that we could guarantee this project got underway.
