re: Ann: Advisor appointed for de-merger of g... MisterZ I would have agreed but I dont think people are valuing this share without looking at the growth. In addition they just increased their holding in EGO (which has not had a great record of shareholder friendliness in my opinion) So they have taken a few million and put that into the equity - now they will hand that over to Newco. I am not sure that Newco will have the same influence as EPW.

They just did a road-show where they said the de-merger of gas interests was not as critical and capital requirements over longer period.

They are looking at gas retailing and will made a decision soon.

If they needed more equity why not just raise some from shareholders - The De-merger does not change the capital constraints.
