Walt4566. If small shareholders end up in the fire, the bigger ones will end up in a much bigger fire.
Steve, for example, owns 3% of the company and has stacks of incentives running if he pulls these deals off.e.g.

complete
• 50% vests when a Pilot Plant is established
on-site at the Kachi Project in Catamarca
Stephen Promnitz 8

signs an agreement to invest into the Kachi
Project in Catamarca
Stuart Crow 9
• 100% vests when an investment partner
signs an agreement to invest into the Kachi
Project in Catamarca;
N.B. Not for getting finance from SD Capital, unless it's from an "investment partner", not for loans. Steve and Stu (all) have got more riding on getting an investment partner and nothing re the pilot plant, so, you can see where their number one goal is in respect of that SD Capital deal. And WE ALL benefit from each of those incentives being collected.
Nick Lindsay's just a couple of months away from collecting all of his, Steve and Stu have much harder targets!!
