Like my previous post, management has MOST to lose by further dilution!!!! e.g. Steve went from 4.58% in September 2018 to 2.94% in September 2019 as a result of all of those placements.
THAT, too, is one of the major reasons why they also want the SP to go (much) higher as the higher the SP when placements are required the lower the number of shares issued.
