Agreed - this is a stunning appointment.
Getting someone with the practical experience, knowledge of the sector and specifics of the technology to sign up is nothing less than a coupe for BLG.
I agree with awg801 and OceanView that Krames would not be joining BLG unless there was a VERY high probability of a bonanza.
