    This is without seeing the full contact: ,
    XST are committed to pay 40% on the second well regardless whether its in the red or blue box refer to my Learner'd friends diagram in their post.
    In doing so they earn 20% working & paying interest in the red box(adx-at-ll).
    So its deal sweetener which longer term saves them money and increases acreage on trend.
