I see nothing to indicate that ADX and XST are in the same building or share resources.
ADX are in Claremont. [also offices in several places in Europe including Vienna]
XST are in Fremantle.
They have different Company Secretaries, different Share Registry companies do their shareholder paperwork.
There are different people on the Boards, except for one person who is on both Boards. That isn't unusual.
Apart from a common operational interest in Austria, there is no other operational overlap.
Seems 'arms length' to me, so whatever you are implying does not seem to stack up.
