I agree CP. AEF's Exec remuneration is far too high for its size. If you take the directors + a few of the senior execs remuneration, they are a high percentage of total income.It is one of the highest amounts compared to profit of any company I follow (excluding small speculative holdings).At least we should see a freeze on board and senior exec remuneration till the ration to profit decreases.I vote against the Rem Report every year, and will continue to do so till the senior remuneration is reasonable compared to profit.
