Greed with a capital G. Only Karen Hughes requested a 7% boost but the others ranged from 15 to 30%.
It is a definite no for pay increases on the voting. It’s sad because the employee share plan (good deal) will have to be canned and the non-executive directors were asking for modest increases.
If you vote no to the greedy executives then the employees and NEDs also go down with a poor resolution.
Wish the resolution could be separated into parts, one for staff, one for NEDs and finally the greedy executives.
