And it was done all so the board could agree to an extra 2 cents several weeks later, at a price 90% lower than the recommended increase to the offer of 61 cents.
I guess they may as well not have bothered with the target statement.
Writing is on the wall. Board approval means 50% stake is imminent.
Looks like holders have all just been shafted.
