Agreed, the southern and south western portions at least. You can't peg everything, but these guys know whats going on, they will have every bit of what they consider available desirable land either pegged or on their radars.
As will several other companies including the Goyder companies but at least when you are creating new data as is the case with our current imaginging work, well you get the heads up on where the trends are heading before the competition.
