Yes but it will take longer for SP movement compared to if the company has 200m shares.
Especially when the SP is just 20c... If it was $2.00, it may be harder for shorters to take advantage compared to shorting it at 20c.
Just my thoughts though so DYOR everyone. I honestly would probably stay away from this until there is a share buy back of at least 1.75b shares to leave around 450m left in the market.
