Will eagerly await the significant revenue increase as anticipated by the latest announcement, but it might turn out to be immeasurable, or at least not immediately evident, similar to the 2012 JV which didn’t immediately show up in their financials.

As previously advised, Aeris Environmental Ltd is in detailed negotiations with a major international corporation with a view to accelerating the roll out of its proprietary microbial control technologies. The company is anticipating entering into a memorandum of understanding or a commercial agreement Q1 2012.
Not sure how the outcome of the JV benefited shareholders, but someone might know more than me?
