1st July Merger takes place financially. It seems AIS have already taken over Round Oak Minerals except staff salaries and transaction.

As per all business all shipments/ Vendor invoices on or before June 30th will be paid to or by Soul Pettinson. Any thing after that comes to AIS desk.
