when does a dog become a buy

Getting very tempted to buy back into the dog!!
Surely around these prices its got to be value soon....

But I can't believe how incompetent the directors and execs are:

How many times have they forecast profits turn into major losses.

How many times have they tried to do this deal with Kedrion.... lets see
1) 100-160M deal with Kedrion and $80M share buy-back
2) LFE to take 5.5% of Kedrion and 45% of Newco (good name... not)
3) LFE to take 11.5% and possibly 15% of Kedrion

Whats the current MC? approx $52M lol
