The 2.2 billion shares is holding AIS back. AIS needs 100's million shares traded to move upwards.
Currently theres no reason why investors would want to pile into AIS, there are far better offerings in the market at present with far more potential, I'd rather buy RIO at $120/share and get a 9% dividend, some iron miners are paying 20%.
If record copper prices and gold above US$2,000/oz can't move the share price then its back in the bottom drawer for another 10 years.
