Ann: AerisTech Joint Venture with Cognian Technologies, page-3

This is probably the update that I have been waiting for in terms of their internet of things updates and moving to annuity-based revenue. It sounds like it could be commercialised quickly in terms of new sales/revenue of the proposed tech. The 40% share of the business is being given a future value of $20 based on issuing 100m shares to Cognian when AEI gets to 20c which means that AEI's future value of this is $30m - that's my read. Obviously, it's not clear on when that future value is expected to materialise but hopefully it's not decades away. Could start to see some further interest from new investors from this. IMO.
