its irrelevant to my original post, which was meant to be taken in a humorous tone anyhow (as it doesn’t matter who decided to make it price sensitive in context). On my second post, do you think TLG ticked the box or not? Whilst ASX may have the final say it doesn’t mean the company has no input as to the market sensitivity of an announcement. Perhaps it is semantics but yeah, don’t be “that guy”.
