    Normal inside an incredibly illiquid market after yesterday. The laggards would of looked at their portfolio last night and decided time to go to cash. Also the $ value of trade so far today is nothing ~$70k. The news just isn’t combative against a major market move like we saw overnight.

    The recon is great news though regardless, every new identified target adds intrinsic value to KTA
