My limited experience is that any share can be "victim" of "manipulation", but it shouldn't last for ever. No one can tell you at 100% that the price will keep rising. We mentioned NME recently, look at they chart and see what happen around the 25/06 and after. All this said at the end, the price will go where it should be + and - some trend or bad news not related to the share.
Again do no expect a share to keep rising at 100% all the time.
