they should be traders, who saw this as a head and shoulders frame. I sold all my parcel in 22c and bought back as well in 15c (so I did same mistake, I could buy it in lower price)
however, they were successful until now and interesting Philip capital is not selling shares anymore. it looks they are only sellers above 24c.
