Well u wouldn't be silly buying at these lows.
The MC is lower than their land holdings for goodness sake. IMO.
But I feel buying here is like catching a falling knife.
I am soooo in the red with this sucker. I averaged down 3 times and still got run down by the bears.
But But But I am ready to pounce once i think SP has bottomed out.
This is a very sick looking chart to be sure.
The sellers are having a wonderful time loosing $ and selling for hmm, I don't know what the reason is.
It can't be over valued. MC is under 4 mil.
so once it goes sub 10c, I'll be a gobbling.
