It's a poor decision to sell now or when we go up a bit because... why were you holding all this hard time just before the action starts?! Permits will come in soon and then the drilling will start. There will be bags by then imo, we just need to be happy to buy the base and be patient because the permit period won't last forever. The wordings "transfer money from the inpatient to the patient" or "buy when others are fearful" fits perfectly at this stage. I almost sold a few days back after a few beers and slapped myself when i realised my poor thinking...
