They can't drill until they get the permits to do so. Matt has been working through the arbitration process with the National Native Title Tribunal for some time now. Last time I heard from he mentioned that this should be resolved by end of Q1 at the latest.

I would guess that once this is resolved a CR may take place to raise capital for drilling.

As for the aeromagnetic survey results - these were not released due to the company performing the survey screwing up the results. Last I heard they were sent back to get reinterpreted and Matt thought they be due late Q4 last year - so these could be just around the corner.
