His leadership style has been characterised by poor decision-making and a lack of transparency, which has negatively affected the company. Such a management style is manipulative, unqualified, and completely unsuitable for a leadership role, contributing to instability within the organisation. Additionally, the company has lost a significant number of highly experienced employees across sales, marketing, and technical teams, which is another consequence of the manager’s actions, sending a worrying message to the market that the company is unstable.
The shareholders shouldn't have to pay the price for such poor management.
