I’d say the global market is everyone with skin. If you have fair skin, it’s a no brainer. But even for the darkest skin, why not, it’s not like there is anybody who cannot get sunburn or skin cancer? So, the market is just everyone on the planet.
Brits will still take their towel to a pebbly beach and slip slap slop the sunflower oil though.
