This is an asset that no company CEO in his right mind will takeover as long as the Marxist government the company is dealing with is in power. Any issue related to finance or technical difficulties could be dealt with like any problem. The insoluble problem is that of the government, the big elephant that DNK is even afraid to talk about.
Eventually the government will be the sole owner. The geographic risk is so huge and in this case uncompensated.
