Ann: AFC investment update, page-8

As an investor that has recently sold down one-third of a substantial holding, I'm appalled the management and board have not disclosed what conditions precedent have not been met. How are we supposed to make informed investment decisions. We are not being informed and they have a legal obligation to disclose this information to investors. This is amateur hour management and we may soon be paying for a class action with more delays. They have a duty to keep investors 'the market' informed.
This mob have been sitting on the potty for 4 long years, they should do something (****) or get off the pot. On performance, they should be honorable and resign, and take all the passenger with them and hand the management back to Paul Donaldson or someone who has some credibility.
