Ann: Affinity enters contracts to acquire 20 centres, page-2

Don't like it when they can't tell you the multiple they are paying. Makes me think it's well above the benchmark 4x EBIT. They say it's EPS accretive but the multiple paid will determine just how accretive it really is.
They're now trading above the price where I sold my main holding a while back. Still hold a small amount but they haven't given me any reason to make me buy more. Market seems to like the deal though
