    Yes i'm looking into AFJ now and i'm having a great deal of trouble trying to work out exactly what one of these centres will generate in EBIT, and how "EPS accretive" they'll be. At 18 times earnings, the company would need to be generating FY14 NPAT in the range of $7.5M - $8M to justify it's current valuation.
