Basically saying that mortgage brokers are targeting a slice of the lending market that was once entirely the domain of the big four banks, of writing business loans. The mortgage brokers are seeing themselves as disrupters. They are getting a significant part of the market but need to ensure that they have the risk appropriately under control.
