Agreed this should have only dropped 20% factoring in complete doom and gloom- worst case scenario.
1.5 years until new trail disappears which seem likely, however they may offset this with a higher upfront fee.
I reckon true value factoring in total worst case scenario is 1.10-1.20 per share.
