What did they really plead guilty too? IMO they claimed guilt to not being perfect and to avoid brokers more grief because if Mark Bouris is correct brokers handle 60% of all loan applications then banks need to be diplomatic if they wanting continued broker business until they work out how to find a solution. Brokers are being penalised for the sins of a few and you might know some of the few. Did any brokers in the know come out to support the banks when some borrowers came up with bs claims or were they worried about implicating themselves? I'd like the banks to go to court to flush out more of the truth by cross-examining those complaining. Finance brokers have been lucky banks have been very lazy to date and imI'mure they will think of some way of remaining lazy just for brokers..lol.
