I think the stock code is jinxed from Allco (the former AFG in 2008 bust). Also the talk of a housing bubble would not make anyone (me) excited. But in saying that, I cheekily have my order in for 80 cents (just one of ten buyers - a punt). It has rapidly fallen way past it's listing/IPO price.
