I’d be interested to interrogate the language “Acquisition and legal costs” - are they lumping in some other legal costs here? $285k seems like a lot if they didn’t get more than a couple of weeks beyond the announcement before the pin was pulled. Did they/do they have some other case on foot?
At least we can assume it was a one-off.
