Look, I'm not really that pleased about the price action since I have no desire to accumulate any more shares. However, we are currently trading at 3x (pro forma) ebitda for a company that achieves around 10% organic topline growth in a highly defensive industry with little future opex. Capital allocation has been good so management has been prudent with what businesses they've bought. I am not too worried about staff churn, central banks have signalled their intention to cool the labour market so I don't see this as a chronic issue
