Actually says within 24 months, I would think they would try to have it up and running for the 2023 dry season.
Considering the last owner had it for over a decade without any significant mining I would say within two years is great.
Spend a bit of time to work out the best way to mine, which may be different for each pipe, previously nine pipes were mined in three distinct clusters with another 4 or 5 unmined. It is likely to need an all new processing plant.
