Chuk, who cares whose hands the DFS is in? What separates world class management from subpar chums running a company is communication and transparency. I addressed this point many times ago: if it is going to be late, it's got to be communicated ASAP and with very detailed explanations to ensure shareholders are as informed as possible and as early as possible, not AFTER THE FACT when it is already late.
Casually dropping H2 2022 and then not delivering it on time by Sep-22 without proper communication is a conclusive proof that this team is not to trusted. We don't care whose hands it is in.
I do hope that they deliver by Sep-22. Otherwise, the recent cap raise just became too suspicious (right before the "supposed" delivery of the DFS). If they had already known at the time of cr that it is going to be late, it should warrant an investigation.
