Interesting to compare this latest presentation with the earlier one released on 2 Dec 2022 (below). Note the dates on the slides from 10.00min into presentation. Back then, it was "term sheets expected Q4 2022" and "first production from module 1 in CY24", and the fines from module 2 were earmarked for Urbix. So given Posco will now buy module 2 fines, the Urbix deal must have fallen through. Overall its clear their timelines have badly stretched, and we still don't have the term sheets.
