The Chinese are prowling - note the offer for IVA (controlled by Rio T).
This might encourage the SBR board to market the company with greater zeal and firm up shareholder loyalty. IVA is blighted by having a disinterested parent (Turquoise Hill) controlled by an even more disinterested ultimate parent (Rio) and SBR does not appear to be vulnerable in that respect. But a cash offer of a derisory 35-40c might well win a predator control.
Perhaps SBR is too early stage but worrying times.......
