    With china manufacturing slowing.... painting a grim outlook for copper price for coming years....demand could be much lower than expected causing a surplus in 2017-18 than a deficit... Tiger is only producing to pay debt currently, and its pretty marginal.... if a cashed up company takeover and clears the debts, then the cashflow can be put to better use...
