Yep it's in the development line of the quarterly cash flow as follows
April projected development $3,355k actual $2,234k
July projected development $2,367k actual $924k
Based on those figures it looks like there opex is improving be it on small amounts, this is supported by improving Rock phos price which is now back over $90 Usd per tonne.
