one flow test is not going to reveal the economics of the full field. Will need 10s of wells if not more, 3d over the entire field, confirmed sales agreements etc, etc.

The PPSA will define the governments percentage share of profits, not the dollar amount. The theory is that a partner won't pay to join the project until the PPSS is signed and we can't afford a flow test until we have a partner.

Although without a signed PPSA soon I'm almost inclined to just say don't drill M2 any deeper, get a couple of million from insto's or the SWF and flow test the thing
