The PPSA will define the governments percentage share of profits, not the dollar amount. The theory is that a partner won't pay to join the project until the PPSS is signed and we can't afford a flow test until we have a partner.

Although without a signed PPSA soon I'm almost inclined to just say don't drill M2 any deeper, get a couple of million from insto's or the SWF and flow test the thing

Im more interested in the lower Angwa.
Best part about Lower A is they plan to deepen that first so we’ll have a big hint on what to expect.
