Yeh its both as there are majors at the conference that you would probably want to JV with. Probably means its not set in stone to who these JV partners are waiting for the PPSA to be signed.

In any case my point is some think they can just have a stand off with the ZIm government and do nothing this whole year. My take is they can't and will run out of cash which will be a worse outcome then cap raising so in the next couple of months there will be answer or binary outcome if the PPSA is signed or they need to cap raise.

I was correct a month ago as well that Mbuyu energy pulled out of the pilot program so IVZ had to find a new partner hence the new MOU and its clear to see there in this presentation.
