I can't believe the daily postings of mainstream media articles on the price of oil and the daily commentary on same as it rises and falls.

Fact is The lower the oil price while we need drill rigs the better as cost to appraise and explore is minimised.

All the JV need is the confidence that it will rise to a level that makes a business case for development and I would hope they don't limit their research to some 20yo journalist or the manipulative musings of investment houses and governments set out to line their mates pockets.
