The key question should be, has this African Specialist EVER secured funding for a natural flake graphite project? There is no relationship between a bulk industrial mineral project and a natural flake graphite project producing finished flake graphite concentrate as no two graphite signatures are alike....ALL flake graphite has to be commercially qualified before any end user will agree to any level of supply agreement or spot buy. Also, to my knowledge, no graphite end user can process graphite contained ore into a finished concentrate.
The key question should be, has this African Specialist EVER...
